For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Filthy 50's gone bad
For time:
50 Sumo Deadlifts (45 lbs)
50 Thrusters (45 lbs)
50 Pull-ups
** 45lbs olympic bar is utilized
"Curtis P go to Hell"
100 for time (55% body weight)
One repitition consists of:
1 - Hang Squat Clean
1 - Rack lunge (both legs)
1 - Push Press
(Return to hang position)
